How do I return a purchase?1. In Store: Returns are free when you return in store. Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for refund. You must have your receipt to receive a refund. Just bring the item in the package it was delivered in and your receipt (printed or on mobile device) to the store. 2. Via Mail: To initiate a return via mail, please first complete our Return Request Form. Then, pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your receipt. You MUST include your receipt in order for us to issue your refund. Ship your return to: Waverly Main Street Hats 3019 Greenmount Ave Baltimore, MD 21218 Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Do you offer in-store pick-up?Yes! During the check out process, you will have a choice between shipping and in-store pick up. If you would like to pick up your item from our store location, please choose store pick-up.
