RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or unused items returned in as-issued condition. 

Final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that all final sale items and late returns sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited, and will be handled at Waverly Main Street Hat's sole discretion. All gift cards are final sale and not eligible to be returned or transferred into another customer's gift card balance.

To Returns Items By Mail

  1. To begin your return, submit your return request using our Returns Request Form.
     

  2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your receipt. You MUST include your receipt in order for us to issue your refund.

Return items must be received by us within 30 days to be eligible for refund. Once an order has been placed it can't be canceled or changed. In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. 

What happens next? We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. We don't refund original shipping and handling charges.

To Return Items In Store

Returns are free when you return in store. Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for refund. You must have your receipt to receive a refund. 

  1. Bring the item in the package it was delivered in and your receipt (printed or on mobile device) to the store.
